?️ Functional Application Support & Test Consultant (Freelance)

We're looking for a Functional Application Support & Test Consultant to join an exciting project supporting business-critical applications.

If you enjoy combining application support, functional testing, UAT, and incident management, this role could be a great fit!

? What you'll do

✅ Execute functional and regression testing

✅ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

✅ Log and follow up defects in ServiceNow

✅ Monitor recurring application incidents and analyse trends

✅ Support change requests following business rule updates

✅ Validate software releases before production

✅ Collaborate with business users and technical teams

✅ Produce clear testing documentation and reports





? We're looking for someone with

✔ Experience in Functional Testing

✔ UAT experience

✔ Application Support experience

✔ Incident Management experience

✔ ServiceNow (or similar ticketing tool)

✔ Strong analytical mindset

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

⭐ Nice to have

- Enterprise application support
- Agile environment experience
