We are looking for an AI Consultant (6 years of experience) for an 18-month project in Brussels with a hybrid work model. You will support the adoption and responsible use of AI across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and AI governance. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize high-value AI and analytics use cases.
- Assess processes and practices to identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture ideas and evaluate the feasibility and impact of AI solutions.
- Support the design and implementation of proofs of concept and pilots.
- Align projects with business priorities and the applicable AI governance framework.
- Support employees in using existing AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Create reference prompt libraries for HR use cases.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and central AI departments.




- Share best practices and success stories to promote AI adoption.
- Raise awareness of AI opportunities across departments.
- Deliver training, workshops, coaching sessions, presentations, and hands-on sessions on AI-powered tools.

Must-Have Requirements

- Six years of relevant experience are required.
- Strong knowledge of AI and Generative AI, including LLMs, chatbots, predictive models, and their applications in HR, is required.
- Familiarity with AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations is required.
- Experience leading transformation initiatives is required.
- Strong experience delivering workshops, coaching sessions, training, and presentations is required.
- English proficiency.
- Fluency and/or Dutch proficiency.
