Freelance Opportunity – Trilingual Senior Business Analyst (ERP Transformation)

Teals Consulting is looking for a freelance Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic ERP transformation program for a leading Belgian financial institution.

Your Role

You will play a key role in preparing the transition towards a Tier 1 ERP solution hosted in a cloud environment. Acting as the bridge between business and IT, you will gather, challenge, and structure business requirements that will serve as the foundation for a major procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document high-level business requirements for a Tier 1 ERP implementation.
- Challenge business stakeholders to ensure requested functionalities deliver clear business value and ROI.
- Translate business needs into structured Business Requirement Documents.
- Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders into clear, coherent, and comprehensive documentation.
- Contribute to the preparation of tender documentation by transforming business requirements into procurement-ready deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Apply business analysis best practices and modeling techniques (UML).




- Collaborate with project teams to support the successful delivery of the ERP transformation initiative.

Collaboration

- You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, procurement teams, and technical experts, contributing to a large-scale strategic transformation program with significant organizational impact.

Your Profile

- Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in Dutch and French.
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, within large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear deliverables.
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Knowledge of Tier 1 ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with UML and business process modeling.
- Experience working on outsourced development or functional analysis projects is required.
- Knowledge of public procurement or tendering processes is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
