Spring Professional is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant on behalf of one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and selecting external IT professionals within a leading banking environment.

Your Challenge

As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will act as the link between hiring managers and suppliers of external consultants. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the selection of the right candidates while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities

- Support hiring managers in creating clear and attractive job descriptions.
- Review and screen CVs of external consultants in a professional and objective manner.
- Advise hiring managers on the most suitable candidates.
- Closely monitor open requests and align on next steps with hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement, risk, and compliance guidelines.
- Manage the administrative follow-up of the entire recruitment process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.

Your Profile

- Master's degree or at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Recruiter or Buyer.




- Experience recruiting external consultants/freelancers (body shopping/contract staffing).
- Knowledge of the IT market is a strong asset.
- Previous experience within a recruitment agency is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools in recruitment is considered an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Experience with workflow tools such as Nétive is a plus.

- Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
- Fluent in French (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
