THE POSITION: BARTENDER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests

· Extensive knowledge of food and beverage with a strong ability to service, educate, and sell

· Interact with guests, takes orders, and serve drinks and food

· Extensive knowledge of wine and/or spirits history

· Evaluate guest's needs and make recommendations

· Provide excellent service, so guests feel taken care of

· Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

· Check guests' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age

· Comply with all food and beverage regulations

· Pay special attention to all dietary restrictions by informing the kitchen

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT (QUALIFICATIONS)

· You have a love and passion for the hospitality industry

· You work hard and never settle

· You have 2-years of experience in a fast-casual dining environment

· You genuinely get joy out of making people happy and are able to have fun while working

· You take pride in your success and the success of those around you

· Ability to read and follow standardized recipes

· Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role preferred
