We are looking for a Process Quality Engineer who will ensure that production processes consistently meet quality standards by driving process stability, developing operator capability, and leading the organization in preventing defects, resolving systemic issues, and embedding a culture of disciplined, data‑driven quality across the manufacturing lines.

Your main responsibilities will be: * Assist the PQE Supervisor in managing local employees, including but not limited to local employee recruitment, development, work arrangement and performance appraisal. * Take charge of process quality control and management, especially on organizing cross-functional departments to conduct quality incidents analyzing and solving. * Be responsible for professional skill training and quality culture promotion for local employees. * Take charge of quality improvement and continuous optimization of module production lines.



* Cooperate with PQM to rapidly respond to customer complaints and ensure closed-loop implementation of internal corrective actions. * Be responsible for coordinating audits from headquarters, customers and third-party organizations, and other special customer requirement support.

Your profile and qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or above.

Desirable to have Science or Technology related bachelor´s degree. * High level of English and Spanish. * At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Strong problem analysis and logical thinking capabilities, proficient in problem-solving tools including 8D, 5Why, FTA etc * Possess cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills, accurately deliver management requirements and ensure smooth business execution at all levels. * Excellent organization, coordination and communication skills to cooperate efficiently with various functional departments. * Familiar with quality management system such as IATF16949, with experience in customer and third-party audit support. * Very familiar with process control method, e.g.
