About The Position We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join an established team at Kongsberg Automotive.

This position involves close collaboration with colleagues and customers across Europe so if you are self motivated, with a background in Automotive Engineering and enjoy supporting and working closely with people across the globe, this may be the position for you.

Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end product development and industrialization projects in a dynamic automotive environment. * Manage multidisciplinary teams, driving collaboration and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Act as the key interface between customers, operations, engineering, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, maximizing project profitability and operational efficiency. * Oversee manufacturing readiness, including process validation, tooling implementation, prototype builds, and production launches. * Monitor project performance through KPIs, risk management, and strategic planning to achieve business objectives. * Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering innovative solutions that meet technical, commercial, and quality requirements.



* Contribute to the successful launch of new products and production lines while supporting long-term business growth.

To Be Successful In The Role You Must Have * BCs in Industrial engineering. * High level of spoken and written English (compulsory) and German (recommended). * 5 to 10 years of previous experience in the automotive sector in production, processes, metal and plastic product development departments. * Proven experience in international project management and team management. * Analytical profile with orientation to results and development of people. * Communication skills, teamwork, initiative and time management. * Knowledge in problem solving tools (Kaizen, 8D, etc.) and process audits. * Power Office user (Excel, Word, Power
