Position Description:

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join us in an international Insurance client.

Hybrid work required, Barcelona.
Minimum 4 years of previous experience:
Responsabilities:

• Manage data workflows and pipelines, ensuring smooth operation and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Show autonomy and take ownership of tasks to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Exhibit solid software design skills to develop maintainable solutions.
• Drive innovation and proactively address challenges in data engineering projects

Technologies:

• Advanced proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.




• Experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.
• Expertise in database technologies like Postgres, DynamoDB, and SQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Gitlab, Github, and Prometheus.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration using AWS DMS.
• Strong understanding of data structures, query optimization, and indexing techniques.
