Position Overview

Autodesk Consulting is looking for a Lead Consultant to join our Southern Europe team, supporting strategic customers across France, Italy,Spainand Portugal.

This is a unique hybrid role that combines business consulting, industryexpertise, solutionimplementationand customer advisory.You will partner with some of Autodesk's largest customers to define their digitaltransformation strategy, lead solution adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

We'relooking for someone who is equally comfortable discussing business strategy with executives as they are rolling up their sleeves to configure solutions, lead workshops, and guide implementation teams.

You'lllead customer engagements from discovery through value realization, coordinating cross-functionalteamsand acting as the trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

What You'll Do

- Build trusted relationships with customer executives, businessleadersand project teams.

- Understand customer businessobjectives,challengesand industry context to define outcome-driven solutions.

- Design implementation approaches that balance business priorities, technicalfeasibilityand speed to value.

- Lead consulting engagements, coordinating Autodesk specialists and partner resources to deliver successful outcomes.

- Provide hands-on implementation services for Autodesk solutions within your area of expertise.

- Drive customer adoption through change management,governanceand best practices.

- Identifyand scopeopportunities to expand customer value and collaborate closely with Sales, CustomerSuccessand Solution Architects.

- Act as an industry thought leader by sharing insights, bestpracticesand innovative approaches.

- Continuously learnnew technologies,workflowsand AI-enabled capabilities to better serve customers.

What You'll Bring

- 7+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering,Constructionor Operations (AECO).

- Deepexpertisein at least one AECO sub-industry, with a strong understanding of customer business processes.





- Proven experience leading customerengagements fromstrategy throughimplementation.

- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk technologies relevant to your domain.

Youdon'tneed to know every product, but you should berecognisedas an expert in your area and comfortable configuring,implementingand advising customers.

- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence rather than formal authority.

- Excellent workshop facilitation,communicationand executive presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of change management and technology adoption.

- Fluent English and at least one Southern European language (French, Italian, Spanish) arerequired.Additionalregional languages are highly valued.

- Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
