At Taylor Hopkinson, we are looking for an experiencedGlobal Procurement Managerto lead the procurement strategy for utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects across international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the integral procurement strategy for solar PV and BESS projects.Lead the sourcing and negotiation of key project components, including PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, trackers, battery energy storage systems, electrical substations, and other major equipment.Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with strategic international suppliers and manufacturers.Negotiate framework agreements, pricing, commercial terms, and warranties to ensure competitive and reliable supply.Monitor market trends, pricing,



and equipment availability to support strategic purchasing decisions.Work closely with the Engineering and Project teams to ensure all procured equipment meets technical and project requirements.Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring timely delivery of materials.RequirementsProven experience in procurement within the solar PV industry.Strong technical understanding of photovoltaic equipment and related systems, including PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, trackers, BESS, and electrical substations.Demonstrated experience negotiating with international manufacturers and global suppliers.Fluent English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
