In this role, you drive continuous improvement in Services Operations by applying lean methods and MES-driven execution tools. You’ll standardize processes, track KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance maintenance efficiency.

You will contribute to the Digital Transformation roadmap and help meet maintenance objectives, delivering measurable impact across the organization.

- Standardize processes across maintenance activities
- Notify railway safety incidents/near misses to supervisors and EHS managers
- Develop continuous improvement maps and standardize maintenance exams-activities
- Manage main KPIs and drive process efficiency improvements




- Collaborate with Production to base decisions on data analysis

Responsabilidades

- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or related studies
- 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Essential: Applied knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
- Essential: Advanced proficiency in MES and SAP
- English level: C1
- Desirable: Knowledge of Python, Visual Basic, Big Data and Automation Processes
