WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU: * Several years of experience in payroll operations, payroll administration, or payroll preparation * Experience with payroll systems such as ADP and HR systems like rexx or similar solutions * Strong understanding of payroll processes, data quality, and process management * Experience working with external payroll providers * Knowledge of labor law, compliance, and data protection requirements * Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail * Fluent in English language skills, German is a plus * Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style We are looking for people who are committed to contributing their expertise and personality to achieve the best for our customers.
