At Melt Group, we are looking for aPiping Supervisor for a Spanish multinational company specialized in engineering and turnkey industrial projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising piping installation activities during the construction and commissioning phases of large-scale industrial projects, mainly within the

Oil & Gas and

Steel Industry (Electric Arc Furnace - EAF) sectors, across international locations.

Role Purpose The Piping Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of all piping installation works on site, coordinating subcontractors and field teams while guaranteeing compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and HSE regulations.

The role requires a strong site presence and hands-on supervision throughout the mechanical construction phase, acting as the link between engineering, construction management, commissioning teams, and the client.

Key Responsibilities * Supervise all on-site piping installation activities, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and HSE regulations. * Coordinate subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient execution of construction activities. * Resolve technical issues in collaboration with Engineering and other project disciplines. * Monitor construction progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions when required. * Support inspections, pressure testing,



mechanical completion, and handover activities to the commissioning team. * Act as the main on-site reference for piping works, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Requirements * Minimum8-10 years of experience supervising piping installation works on large industrial projects. * Proven experience in

Oil & Gas,Steel Plants,Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) projects, or other heavy industrial facilities. * Extensive site-based experience coordinating subcontractors and construction activities. * Experience with industrial piping systems such as: * Process piping * Utility piping * Cooling water systems * Gas piping * Steam systems * Hydraulic piping * Compressed air systems * English B2/C1 level (mandatory). * Additional languages are considered a plus.
