About The Role As Senior Sous Chef, you will: * Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. * Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service. * Ensure every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard. * Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards. * Assist with menu development using fresh, seasonal ingredients. * Manage stock control, ordering, and minimise food waste. * Train and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff. * Step into the Head Chef's role when required.

What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a busy, quality-led restaurant.



* Strong leadership and organisational skills. * Passion for fresh, high-quality food and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and team-working abilities. * Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. * Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen management. * A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing business.
