As our Maintenance Manager, you won’t just keep machines running — you’ll protect reliability, elevate standards, and lead the technical excellence that powers our factories every day.

What you’ll achieve Be the First Line of Defense * You will lead all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring maximum equipment availability and operational reliability across the plant.

Solve What Others Can't * You will independently diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, working side by side with technicians to restore performance and eliminate recurring issues.

Drive Operational Excellence * You will own maintenance planning through CMMS systems, ensuring every intervention is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Champion Reliability * You will identify equipment anomalies, transform data into actionable insights, and strengthen maintenance strategies through continuous improvement initiatives and reliability-focused methodologies.

Lead From the Front * You will inspire, coach, and develop a skilled maintenance team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Shape the Future of Engineering * You will support technical training, share expertise, and elevate troubleshooting capabilities across the organization, helping build a stronger and more capable maintenance function.

Industrial Engineering Backbone: * University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Hands-On Maintenance Leader:



* At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and a minimum of 3 years leading technical teams. * Direct experience working in a production/manufacturing plant, with a strong operational presence on the shop floor and close interaction with technical and maintenance personnel.

Reliability & Continuous Improvement Mindset: * Strong knowledge of CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo, GMAO, or similar systems. * Experience applying reliability methodologies such as RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance). * Ability to independently diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. * Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Quality & Safety Champion: * Experience planning, supervising, and validating maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. * Ability to manage maintenance quality assurance and quality control processes.

Integral Communicator: * Fluent Spanish and a B2 level of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have: * Experience with PLC programming, particularly Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation systems. * Knowledge of IEC 61131-3 programming languages such as Ladder Logic (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), or Structured Text (ST). * Additional technical specialization in electromechanics, industrial electricity, automation, or mechatronics is a strong plus. * LEAN Manufacturing. * Experience in predictive maintenance.



* Experience within food production environments, including practical expertise in filling machines, mixers, CIP systems, case packers, end-of-line equipment, heat exchangers, and industrial refrigeration systems, is highly valued.
