We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join our Asset Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a Solar photovoltaic portfolio of renewable energy assets throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring their technical, operational and commercial performance while maximizing value for our investors.
Manage the day-to-day technical and commercial performance of renewable energy assets, ensuring optimal availability, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Monitor operational performance by analysing production, weather and market data to identify improvement opportunities and define preventive maintenance strategies.
Prepare, manage and monitor operating (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, ensuring cost optimisation and efficient resource allocation.
Coordinate and oversee the performance of Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) contractors, market representatives and other external service providers, ensuring contractual compliance and continuous performance improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for investors and asset owners, providing regular updates, operational reporting and resolving technical or commercial matters.
Identify, evaluate and coordinate suppliers that meet the technical and commercial requirements of each project.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Legal, Development & Construction, Energy Management, QHSE, Control Centre and Site Managers to ensure efficient asset management throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
~ A Master's degree in Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or a related field will be considered an advantage.
~Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
~ Fluent English (C1 level).
