Joining our Property & Network Development Team in Madrid, you will be in charge of operational management of retail maintenance activities across Spain and Portugal – approximately 220 stores.What you'll doAs a Maintenance Specialist, you will take full ownership of maintenance operations in Iberia, ensuring service continuity, supplier performance and cost control, while supporting the department's evolution toward a more structured and governance-driven operating model.Your main missions will be as followsTake full ownership of corrective and preventive maintenance across Iberia.Manage HVAC systems and seasonal risk mitigation (especially summer peak periods).Act as escalation point for critical incidents (store downtime, safety issues, major technical failures).Manage maintenance budget within the annual framework defined by the department.Monitor costs by category and supplier, validating quotations and interventions.Manage and monitor supplier performance based on SLA, KPIs,
