We're looking for an ambitious and customer‐focused Account Manager to join our Surgical Sales team in Cataluña. If you're a driven sales professional who thrives on building trusted partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and developing long‐term strategic relationships across your territory.
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organisations.
Deliver compelling presentations and commercial proposals that demonstrate the value of Hologic's Surgical portfolio.
Partner closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Support and other functions to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Use data,



insights and CRM tools to manage opportunities, forecast effectively and optimise territory performance.
We're seeking someone who combines commercial excellence with a genuine passion for healthcare.
Proven success in medical device, healthcare or related B2B sales environments.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation and account management skills.
Strong analytical capability with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English .
Experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Experience with Salesforce CRM, Oracle ERP, or similar business systems.
Accountable for their commitments and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
45,000 – €60,000 gross pa base + commission (OTE €67,000 – €90,000 based on target performance, with opportunity to earn greater than OTE for those who exceed their targets).
