YouShift is expanding into labor cost intelligence, and we are hiring our first dedicated Customer Success Manager. You will own the post-sale relationship across our client groups and physicians on the platform, building the function as we grow.
You’ll lead implementations, onboardings end-to-end, and develop the standard onboarding playbook to guide future groups, while ensuring a strong customer voice influences product and strategy decisions.
