Experteer Overview

In this role you will ensure suppliers consistently meet Diamond Foundry’s quality, reliability, and engineering standards while driving supplier development. You will act as the primary quality interface, leading audits, quality agreements, SCARs, and continuous improvement with cross‑functional teams.

You’ll assess supplier risk, resolve quality issues, and implement preventive actions to support scalable, zero‑emission diamond wafer manufacturing. This role offers international travel up to 50% and a fast-paced, collaborative environment for impact at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Establish and maintain supplier quality agreements and quality contracts; drive supplier quality improvements
- Review and approve supplier control plans, production plans, inspection plans, and quality documentation; validate process readiness
- Lead investigations of supplier quality issues and manage SCAR lifecycle with root-cause analysis and CAPA




- Act as the single point of contact for supplier quality, communicating status to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of experience as an SQE in relevant industries
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management principles; focus on supplier capability, process robustness, and product reliability
- Independent with strong prioritization and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
