Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their builds, has a strong eye for detail, and understands the level of care required to deliver high-end custom homes.

The Role We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day construction of our custom residential projects, ensuring each home is delivered safely, on time, and to the high standards of workmanship and presentation we are known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing builds from slab through to completion and handover
- Coordinating and supervising trades and suppliers




- Maintaining strong quality control across all stages of construction
- Monitoring timelines, budgets, and site progress
- Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth building process Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and high-end quality standards
- Solid understanding of Australian building regulations and site safety requirements
- Ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining quality and programme
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and genuine pride in workmanship
- Ability to work within structured systems and processes
- Relevant trade qualification or building background highly regarded
