Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the overall operational performance of the resort and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Managing and developing a multidisciplinary team across hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance and facilities.
- Driving guest and member satisfaction through best-in-class service standards.
- Overseeing a multi-outlet food & beverage operation, including restaurant services, events and catering activities.
- Working closely with the Executive Chef to continuously enhance the culinary offering.
- Developing operational procedures, service standards and quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO on strategic projects and business development initiatives.
- Managing operational budgets and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Building strong relationships with members, guests and key stakeholders.
- Leading by example and fostering a culture of excellence,



engagement and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will bring a strong operational background within luxury hospitality environments and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams whilst maintaining exceptional service standards. Key requirements include:

- Significant experience as Consolidated Director of F&B;, Director of Operations, Hotel Manager, Executive Assistant Manager or a similar senior leadership position with a strong F&B; Background
- Strong luxury hospitality background gained within internationally recognised hotels, resorts, private clubs or lifestyle organisations.
- Extensive exposure to Food & Beverage operations, including premium dining concepts and high-end events.
- Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary operational teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Highly guest-centric mindset with outstanding attention to detail.
- Fluent English and Spanish is essential; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate or reside in Southern Spain.(Costa del Sol)
