As Associate Director, Data u0026amp; Analytics - Delivery Region Europe, you translate business priorities into high-impact data initiatives and lead the end-to-end delivery of trusted data products. You will influence senior stakeholders, shape a regional analytics roadmap, and drive adoption of governed data solutions across Europe.

This role combines business, analytics, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. You’ll work in a highly visible position that directly supports organizational success and data-driven decision making.

- Shape and prioritize regional analytics roadmap aligned with goals
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data products from concept to adoption
- Transform business requirements into product backlogs, epics, and user stories
- Drive scalable data pipelines, transformations, and analytics solutions
- Ensure data products meet governance, security, and quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, engineering, and governance




- Lead stakeholder communications, readiness activities, and user adoption
- Monitor solution performance and value realization post-deployment
- Champion continuous delivery improvements and data quality

Responsabilidades

- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate needs into data-driven solutions
- Strong business analysis and requirements management in cross-functional settings
- Advanced expertise in SQL and modern cloud data platforms
- Hands-on delivery of scalable data pipelines and analytics products
- Solid knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality
- Experience with Snowflake and enterprise data orchestration technologies
- Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and testing
- Excellent communication with ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
