As Sr. Robotics System Integration u0026amp; Deployment Engineer at Amazon, you own end-to-end deployment of first-time automation technologies across Europe, shaping scalable rollout frameworks. You lead cross-functional alignment, advise Senior Managers and Directors on technical trade-offs, and mentor engineers. You work with multiple robotics systems in undefined environments, driving deployment from concept to go-live and handover. This role offers ownership, strategic influence, and the opportunity to scale robotics solutions across the fulfillment network.

• Build scalable deployment mechanisms, frameworks, and tooling for repeatable standards

• Evaluate and deliver large-scale automation technologies including conveyance, sortation, and robotics across countries

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
• Experience leading complex automation deployment projects end-to-end
• Subject matter expertise in more than one technical domain (e.g., robotics xqbhyrx + deployment process design, automation hardware + infrastructure integration, or conveyance + sortation)
• Ability to influence across multiple teams and advise leadership on strategy and trade-offs
• Track record building scalable mechanisms, frameworks, or tooling
• Experience mentoring and developing engineers
• Strong written communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% during EU deployment seasons
• Experience resolving complex technical systems problems on-site in undefined environments
