Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and complex transformation environments?

We’re looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join international M&A;, integration, separation and transition initiatives, working across business, IT and program leadership.

What you’ll do

- Map and analyze IT workflows and application interdependencies
- Assess upstream/downstream impacts of system changes
- Analyze AS-IS / TO-BE processes across O2C, Finance and Customer Service
- Lead workshops, requirements sessions and stakeholder discussions
- Define and execute UAT across complex multi-system environments
- Support migration, separation and integration streams
- Track risks, dependencies and transition milestones

What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst




- Strong experience in IT workflow and application dependency mapping
- Experience with system migration and/or integration projects
- Strong end-to-end business process understanding
- Experience in multi-system and multi-entity environments
- Based in Madrid
- Highly valued: Enterprise Architecture, APIs, middleware, interfaces and consulting/transformation experience, particularly PMI programs.
- Key strengths: Analytical thinking | Systems thinking | Stakeholder management | Problem solving | Decision making
