About the role 94n Digital runs paid media for a portfolio of ecommerce and lead-generation clients across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon and Microsoft Ads. We're hiring an Account Manager to work alongside Matthew, our Account Director, and take on a set of accounts currently being handled directly by our co-founders. Those accounts need a permanent home soon, so this isn't a slow-build role: you'll be handed live accounts and expected to run them.

We already have strong commercial account management on the team. What we're short of is someone who can go deep on the technical side of the accounts they run, so that pairing is the gap this role fills.

What you'll do

- Take ownership of a portfolio of paid media accounts.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships: performance calls, reporting, and the ongoing conversation about what's working and what needs to change.
- Get into the accounts directly. Read campaign structures, spot what's driving or dragging performance, and speak to it with the client without needing a specialist to translate.
- Work with Matthew on account strategy and commercial decisions,



and coordinate with paid search, creative and ops colleagues to keep delivery on track.

What we're looking for

- Account management or account handling experience at a paid media or creative agency.
- Solid technical grounding in at least one major ad platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads), enough to work in the account rather than around it.
- Track record of picking up an existing account and running it competently within a short handover window.
- Comfortable working with a team spread across time zones, with reliable overlap with UK working hours.

Nice to have

- Experience across more than one ad platform.
- Ecommerce account experience specifically.
- Familiarity with GA4 and conversion tracking setups.

Location and hours Fully remote. Candidates can be based anywhere from US Central Time (CST) through to GMT+1, including the UK, Spain, France, Brazil or the US, provided there's reliable overlap with UK core hours.
