We are looking for an Analyst/Associate Transaction Services Sales Cash Consultant Iberia to join our Transaction Services (TS) Team of Wholesale Banking Spain & Portugal. The role focuses on supporting senior TS Sales Consultants, working closely with product managers, central structuring, sector and client services teams to grow Daily Banking business and increase profitability. Job Responsibilities - Support senior TS Sales Consultant and collaborate with product managers and central structuring teams to develop and execute business opportunities.

- Drive business development by promoting the full suite of TS Cash solutions (Payments & Cash Management and Liquidity Management/BMG) across the network.
- Contribute to the origination, proposal and execution process, ensuring clarity of instructions to Client Services Delivery and alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor implementation of solutions to guarantee accurate and timely delivery, compliance with commercial documentation and contractual agreements.
- Assess and process pricing set‑up and modifications, coordinating DPM approval and implementation.
- Maintain recurring reviews with existing clients to sustain contracts, identify risks and opportunities, and facilitate cross‑sell initiatives.




- Perform monthly client profitability analysis to evaluate business trends and support decision‑making.
- Work closely with risk management to monitor the existing portfolio, comply with KYC guidelines and mitigate non‑financial risks.
- Provide product support related to local branch offerings and knowledge sharing with network colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience/knowledge in TS Products or middle office functions.
- Strong commercial skills and a results‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
- Ability to adapt style and approach to diverse teams and situations.
- Strong organizational sense, time‑management and stakeholder management.
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is highly valued.
- Knowledge of Trade products (Bank Guarantees, Receivables, Supply Chain Finance) is a plus.
