Your mission? Be the driving force behind the support and improvement of critical logistics and finance applications impacting users across EMEA and beyond. Responsibilities
- Deliver first and second-line support for proprietary logistics and financial systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues for internal users (90% focus on in-house teams, occasionally external clients).
- Liaise with cross-continental teams (China, EMEA, America) leveraging digital collaboration tools.
- Participate in projects to optimize, test, and deploy new functionalities and upgrades.
- Act as a business-IT bridge, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Ensure continuous improvement by proposing fresh ideas and challenging the status quo.
- Facilitate onboarding,
training, and team knowledge-sharing as the Barcelona hub expands.
Profile Requirements
- 1-3 years’ hands-on experience in application support (level 1 or 2) within international environments.
- Practical expertise in SQL: complex queries, troubleshooting, and database analysis.
- Background in logistics management systems (IFF, CargoWise, SAP, TMS, or in-house platforms).
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to business users.
- Fluent English (minimum B2–C1), both written and spoken; Spanish is a must.
- Proactive, innovative mindset with a hunger for learning and continuous improvement.
- Quick to adapt to new systems and processes. Startup attitude and teamwork are a must.
- Live in, or able to work regularly from Viladecans, especially during your onboarding months.
