Commercial Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized Commercial Assistant to support our Account Managers with day-to-day commercial and administrative tasks. You will help keep the commercial team running smoothly by preparing pricelists, commercial reports, presentations, updating databases and so on. This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive and enjoys working with data, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced sports environment.

What you will do Support Key Account Managers with daily commercial tasks Prepare and update sales reports, price lists,



and customer files Help with presentations, business reviews, and commercial follow-up Coordinate with finance, logistics, customer service, and marketing teams Keep commercial databases and reporting tools updated What we are looking for ~1–3 years of experience in commercial support, sales admin, or similar.

Experience in sports, retail, B2B, international distribution is a plus. ~ Strong organizational and communication skills ~ Advanced Excel skills and ideally experience in working with Power BI and an ERP ~ Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn ~ Intermediate (B2) level of English What we offer Join an ambitious and growing sports company with young, collaborative, environment Permanent contract Monday–Thursday: 9am–6pm | Friday intensive schedule Salary: €20K–€25K
