About the Opportunity

Dexbrava is recruiting on behalf of a confidential integral technology partner operating one of the world's leading autonomous vehicle programmes.

We are seeking an experienced Autonomous Vehicle Operator Supervisor (AVOS Team Lead) to oversee daily field operations, lead a team of Autonomous Vehicle Operators, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise day-to-day field operations.
- Manage operator check-in procedures, shift readiness, and daily task assignments.
- Coordinate schedules and staffing to maximise operational efficiency.
- Monitor operational targets and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, operational guidelines, and safety standards.
- Observe safety practices and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Coordinate operator break schedules to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support Dispatch and Operations Management with daily operational activities.
- Assist with onboarding, coaching, and training of new operators.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and provide ongoing performance feedback.
- Participate in disciplinary and performance management processes when required.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and reporting.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-first working environment.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience .
- Experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, fleet operations, customer operations, or similar operational environments.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital platforms, operational software, and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication,



and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple operational teams.
- Fluent in English and Spanish , both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.

Location This is a full-time, on-site position based in Madrid, Spain .

- Candidates must be able to work from the operational site in Madrid.
- Applicants currently living outside Madrid are welcome to apply but must be willing to relocate independently.
- Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Work Authorisation
- EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit is required.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Travel Requirements International travel is required.

The successful candidate should expect to travel to the United States for approximately one month to complete onboarding and operational training with the end client.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain either:

- a valid ESTA , or
- a U.S. B1/B2 visitor visa

to participate in the required training.

Working Schedule

Operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week .

This is a full-time position , and employees are generally scheduled for no more than 40 hours per week .

As part of normal operations, candidates must be willing to work:

- Rotating shifts
- Night shifts
- Weekends
- Public holidays when scheduled

Compensation Salary: €40,000–€50,000 gross per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
