Export Manager Assistant

At J.P. SELECTA , we are expanding our team! We are a leading manufacturer of scientific and laboratory equipment with over 70 years of history and a presence worldwide.

We are looking for an Export Manager Assistant to join our International Trade department in Abrera / Martorell (Barcelona) .

What you will do

- Prepare export documentation (proformas, packing lists, certificates of origin).
- Assist international clients and distributors via email and phone.
- Coordinate shipments with logistics providers and freight forwarders.
- Support administrative and sales tasks in our ERP system.

What we are looking for:
- Fluent English (C1 / Business level) – Essential (used daily).
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- ? Experience in import/export is a plus,



but not mandatory.
- ? Technical product knowledge? Not required! Full training is provided.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:
- Mon – Thu: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Fridays: Intensive shift from 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- ☀️ Summer (June, July, August): Continuous intensive morning schedule!
