Position

We are looking for a Study Director specialized in Immunology & Molecular biology field to work in our Analytics & Bioanalytics Unit. The job holder will be responsible for the scientific direction of assigned studies and ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the study plan, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and appropriate regulatory standards such as GLP & GCP, and guidelines (BMV, FDA, EMA, SANCO etc.). Responsibilities

Technically, the Study Director will have the scientific responsibility for the study plan design and approval; oversight of data collection and data interpretation, analysis, documentation, providing study progress updates to Sponsors, reporting of results and the draw of the corresponding study conclusions. In this role, the Study Director will support departmental projects by drafting study documentation, performing Quality Control (QC) reviews, and proposing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Additionally, this position requires a hands-on approach, with opportunities to actively participate in method feasibility studies and sample analysis as needed.

From a business perspective, the study director will oversee that the study is cost-effective and meets budgetary constraints. Finally, the Study Director will have GLP responsibilities.



Requirements

Higher Degree in life sciences: MSc, PhD or equivalent.

Experience in ImmunoAssays, Flow cytometry, and Molecular Biology (including but not limited to qPCR)

Experience working following GLP principles is a strong plus

Prior experience within a CRO or Pharma company preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

English level: Advance/Proficiency

Good communication skills
