As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll deliver excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and email.

You’ll help with installations, troubleshoot issues, and keep customers happy and connected! ??

? Your profile

✅ Fluent in Danish (C2)

✅ Proficient in English

✅ Call centre experience ?

✅ Communicative & empathetic

✅ Positive, adaptable & a true team player ?





✅ Strong listener with a service-oriented mindset ?

✅ Able to handle challenges calmly & professionally ?

? Daily tasks

? Block lost/stolen cards & secure customer data

? Verify identities and answer inquiries
