Role Overview As a Data Consultant at Kyndryl, you will partner with customers to design and implement data‐driven strategies, delivering insights that transform business and IT landscapes. You will work alongside other Kyndryl consultants, architects, project managers and technical subject‐matter experts to develop, deliver and support data solutions using advanced analytics, data science and big‐data technologies.

Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into data‐centric solutions. Lead workshops and consulting engagements that shape data‐driven strategies and roadmaps. Design, develop and deploy data architectures, pipelines and analytics models tailored to client requirements.

Provide expert guidance on the latest data science frameworks and technologies, helping clients realize full value from their data assets. Analyze complex problems, formulate hypotheses, test conclusions and present actionable recommendations to technical and non‐technical audiences. Ensure solutions meet both technical and functional business requirements,



leveraging best practices such as CrispDM and Six Sigma DMAIC.

Required Skills and Experience Track record of delivering transformative data consulting solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage confidently with all organizational levels. Proven ability to tailor analytical insights for both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.

Experience with CrispDM methodology and/or Six Sigma DMAIC. Familiarity with micro‐service architecture. Client‐facing experience as a data engineer or consultant. Deep understanding of analytics and data science concepts. Current knowledge of modern data tools and industry trends;

experience with big‐data technologies.

Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field. Planning, organization, analytics and problem‐solving skills. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with clients and team members. Comfortable working with statistical methods and models.
