We're looking for an exceptional Digital Product Designer to help build the future of preventive healthcare.

At BASE4 Biosciences , we're creating a new way for people to understand their health.

Using a simple blood sample and AI, we provide a comprehensive view of how the body is ageing and functioning across multiple organs and biological systems. Instead of looking at health one disease at a time, we help people understand their overall biological health, identify early signs of dysfunction, and make more informed decisions long before symptoms appear.

We're building a consumer-first digital health experience that transforms complex biological data into clear, actionable insights—making cutting-edge science accessible to everyone.

This is a high-impact role for someone who combines exceptional visual design with strong product thinking and a passion for creating intuitive digital experiences.

You'll work across our entire digital ecosystem, including:

- Designing the end-to-end experience of our health platform and mobile-first digital products.
- Creating intuitive, elegant interfaces that make complex health information easy to understand.
- Designing dashboards, health reports and data visualizations that people genuinely enjoy using.
- Building and evolving our design system in Figma.
- Working closely with founders, engineers, AI researchers and clinicians.
- Creating marketing assets, social media content, presentations and digital campaigns.




- Elevating BASE4's brand across every digital touchpoint.
- Helping define the visual language of one of Europe's most ambitious HealthTech startups.

We're looking for someone with:
- Exceptional visual and UI design skills.
- Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals.
- Experience designing digital products from concept to launch.
- Expert knowledge of Figma.
- Experience building scalable design systems.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design.
- Experience using AI-powered design tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of ownership.
- Fluency in English.

Nice to have
- Experience designing consumer (D2C) digital products.
- Experience in HealthTech, Wellness or Life Sciences.
- Experience with Framer, Webflow or similar tools.
- Motion design or video editing skills.
- Basic front-end knowledge.
- Experience in fast-growing startups (Seed to Series A).
