The Role

We are looking for a Digital Nomad Visa Legal Manager to manage client cases from start to finish.

This is more than a legal role. You will become the trusted advisor for your clients, guiding them throughout their immigration journey while working closely with our tax advisors and internal teams.

Success in this role requires legal accuracy, excellent communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

- Manage Digital Nomad Visa applications from start to finish.
- Advise clients on immigration requirements and coordinate with our tax specialists when needed.
- Review legal documentation and ensure compliance with Spanish immigration regulations.
- Communicate with Spanish public authorities and relevant institutions.
- Manage multiple client cases while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality.
- Keep accurate records using our internal systems.
- Stay up to date with changes in immigration law and administrative procedures.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience throughout the entire process.

What We're Looking For: Technical Requirements

- Law Degree (or equivalent legal background).
- Experience or strong interest in immigration law.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.
- Comfortable using digital tools and AI to improve efficiency while al-_ways reviewing outputs critically.
- Fresh graduates with outstanding motivation are welcome to apply.

Location: Fully Remote (Spain)

Contract: Full-time Contractor (Autónomo)- 40 hrs per week

Compensation: €32,000–€40,000/year (fixed + commissions + annual bonus) to be defined based on the seniority level.

Availability: Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly preferred.
