Qualifications Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &

- Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations. Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations involving multiple integrations, ISV solutions, and complex technology ecosystems. CRM Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platforms You will act as a trusted advisor between Avanade clients, internal delivery teams, and the broader Avanade BizApps community, applying best practices, governance, and design standards aligned with Microsoft and Avanade methodologies.

Responsibilities Coordinate go‐live and testing activities as the primary point of contact for end users. Maintain and update project documentation, including requirements and process flows. Triage and manage bugs and respond to user queries.

Optimize

Support presales activities including creating proposals, responding to RFPs, estimating effort and pricing, and scoping and sizing solutions.
