We are seeking an Advanced Aesthetician with a strong technical-commercial profile and excellent personal brand to join our clinic in Málaga. The primary goal of this position goes beyond flawless treatment execution in the cabin; we value the ability to perform comprehensive skin diagnostics, build long-term loyalty through our membership model, and have the openness to act as a visible face of the clinic, connecting with our digital community.
Key Requirements (Selection Filters)
Proven experience in advanced aesthetic technology.
Strong commercial profile: Experience in consultative sales, recommending home-care routines, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Excellent professional image and personal brand: A profile fully aligned with the values of sophistication, care, and aesthetics of a high-end clinic.
Communication and social media skills: An active interest in digital trends, combined with natural confidence and charisma in front of the camera to communicate professionally and authentically.
Languages (Essential):
Fluent in both Spanish and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be highly valued due to the international profile of our regular clientele.
