Job Overview The Europe Solution Manager oversees pre-sales technical support for green hydrogen and Power-to-X projects across Europe. Serving as the core liaison between clients, sales team, and internal R&D; & engineering teams, this role delivers full technical backing throughout project development, solution design and project execution. Candidates shall possess solid expertise in hydrogen and new energy technologies, in-depth knowledge of renewable hydrogen production system design and full-cycle project development, paired with outstanding client communication, solution design and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Technical Support
- Conduct in-depth client requirement analysis and technical dialogues, deliver professional integrated green hydrogen energy solutions tailored to client demands.
- Lead pre-sales solution design for green hydrogen projects, including equipment selection, system configuration, and compilation of technical proposals & tender documentation.
- Collaborate with sales teams for client visits, technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Participate in client technical reviews, technical clarification sessions and technical alignment during project development phases. 2.
Project
Support & Technical Coordination
- Closely coordinate with R&D;, product and engineering delivery teams to drive smooth project execution.
- Provide technical support for project engineering design, system integration, on-site installation, commissioning and trial operation.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues arising during project implementation and propose optimization recommendations. 3.
Market
Research & Industrial Ecosystem Development
- Continuously monitor European hydrogen industry trends, market updates, regulatory policies and evolving technical pathways.
- Perform competitive analysis covering rival products, peer companies and industry technical routes, providing market insights and recommendations to guide corporate product planning and technology roadmap formulation.
- Foster the development of Europe’s green hydrogen industrial ecosystem, expand partners across the industrial and value chains, build and sustain cooperative relationships with project developers, EPC firms, equipment vendors, research institutes and industry associations.
- Attend industry exhibitions, technical summits and industrial exchange events to elevate corporate brand and industry influence. Job Requirements

Educational
Background
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Majors in Chemical Engineering & Technology, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Energy Engineering or other relevant disciplines. 2.
Professional
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of working experience; candidates with background in engineering firms and chemical projects are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in pre-sales technical support, solution design for large-scale water electrolysis hydrogen production, Power-to-X, fuel cell or related sectors.
- Prior experience designing technical solutions for large industrial projects is highly preferred. 3.
Technical
Competencies
- Working knowledge of wind & photovoltaic power generation systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), energy management and hydrogen production management systems.
- Profound understanding of water electrolysis hydrogen production technologies, including the principles and commercial applications of Alkaline Water Electrolysis (AWE) and Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) electrolysis; proven experience in hydrogen system integration and equipment selection.
- Familiar with engineering design standards and relevant codes for water electrolysis hydrogen production projects.
- Ability to independently design full technical solutions for large-scale green hydrogen projects, conduct techno-economic analysis, and compile tender technical documents. 4.

Proficiency
- Mandatory: Fluent Spanish
- Mandatory: Fluent English
- Preferred: Mandarin, German, French or other additional languages 5.

Requirements
- Proficient in engineering design software such as AutoCAD.
- Willing to travel extensively and provide on-site technical support for project communications.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and team player mindset.
- Self-motivated, capable of delivering high efficiency under a multi-project workload environment.
