Eye Events is an event agency based in Barcelona, specializing in corporate events, workshops, and experiences for companies and office buildings.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Event Operations Intern to join our team for a full-time internship. Location

Barcelona, Spain Type of contract

Full-time internship (university agreement required) Duration

Minimum 3 months Responsibilities

Prepare event materials in the warehouse.

Transport materials to venues and storage facilities.

Assist with event setup and dismantling.

Support the team with presentations and Excel documents.

Welcome and assist guests during events.

Contribute ideas for new events and concepts.

Capture photos and videos during events.





Help maintain organization and cleanliness after events.

Prepare decorations and creative materials. Requirements

Internship agreement with a university (required).

Fluent Spanish and English.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsible, punctual, and proactive attitude.

Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Availability for occasional evening events. Preferred qualifications

Interest in events, marketing, hospitality, or communication.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Driving licence is a plus.
