Responsibilities Your role as a Executive Director will involve:

- Program Proposal:Apply consulting skills to develop proposals that are in line withthe corporateclients’ strategic goals and provide meaningful educational experiences, using the support of internal faculty andexperience within the area.
- Client Engagement:Engage consistently with clients, understanding theirobjectivesand offering support throughout the program’s duration.Expert in navigating complex challenges and client dynamics to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
- Leadership & Coordination:Direct program planningandteam coordination.Supportthe team, academicdirectors,and faculty throughout the processes.It is key tobeable tonavigate inany type ofcompanystructures.
- Process Innovation:Encourage the adoption of technology and data analysis to improve both client-facing and internal processes.
- Dashboard Mastery:Utilizeadvanced dashboards to analyze complex data, guidingdecision-making,and program improvements.

- ProposalDevelopment:Create detailed program proposals that reflect a consultative approach, integrating insights and outlining content, structure, timing, and costs.
- ProgramManagement:Lead the program’s planning and preparation,

Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Amaster’sdegree desirable.
