Fashion Designer (Womenswear) – Remote (Spain)

We are an Istanbul-based fashion design and manufacturing company specializing exclusively in womenswear. We design and manufacture trend-driven collections for leading European fashion retailers.

We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Fashion Designer to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This is a fully remote position, with regular business travel to Barcelona and Stockholm for design meetings and customer presentations. Location

- Preferred: Spain
- We also welcome applications from candidates based elsewhere in Europe, provided they are willing and able to travel to Barcelona and Stockholm when required. Key Responsibilities
- Research and interpret global fashion, consumer, and market trends.
- Design seasonal womenswear collections that align with the aesthetic and commercial requirements of leading European fashion retailers.
- Create mood boards, colour palettes, garment concepts, technical sketches, and presentation materials.
- Work closely with our design and product development teams to create commercially successful collections.
- Participate in design meetings and customer presentations in Barcelona and Stockholm. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer specialising in womenswear.
- Strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of the European fashion retail market.




- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Europe for meetings and presentations.
- 5+ years of experience designing womenswear collections for European fashion retailers.

Preferred

Qualifications

- Previous experience working with brands such as MANGO, Zara (Inditex), H&M;, Bestseller, or similar international fashion retailers.
- Spanish language skills are a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of European fashion trends, buying cycles, and consumer preferences.
- Fluency in English is essential. Spanish is a strong advantage.
