Mission: Support the final implementation and stabilisation of ERP and finance modules by OpCo, helping close operational blockers and preparing the transition into the future finance operating model

We are building the future Iberia finance operating model and are looking for three hands-on finance profiles based in Barcelona. During the first months, these roles will support the last-mile delivery of the finance transformation across several OpCos. After Dec-26, they will transition into permanent roles within the new finance structure, mainly in Finance Operations, Accounting Processes and Systems & Processes.

This is not a pure accounting role and not a pure project management role. We need finance people who are comfortable working with systems, data, testing, reconciliations and process improvement.

Support ERP and finance module implementation across OpCos, especially Business Central or similar ERP environments.

- Help close last-mile blockers: data files, mappings, reconciliations, UAT tests, issue logs, evidence and re-testing.
- Work with OpCo finance teams, IT, vendors and the Delivery Lead to ensure local readiness and follow-through.
- Prepare and document SOPs, handover materials, process notes and control evidence.
- Support finance processes such as AP, AR, payments, accounting close, reconciliations, invoice automation, tax modules, POS/ticketing flows or reporting interfaces.
- Identify recurring issues and help convert them into process improvements.
- Participate in dual processing / transition activities before moving into a permanent role in the future finance organisation.





Perfil adecuado

- 5-10 years of experience in finance, accounting operations, financial systems, ERP implementation or finance transformation.
- Strong exposure to Business Central or similar ERPs is critical. Dynamics NAV, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Sage, Infor or equivalent systems can also be relevant.
- Hands-on finance background: accounting, AP/AR, reconciliations, close processes, reporting, tax, invoice automation or finance operations
- Experience in ERP implementation, UAT, data migration, process documentation, reconciliations or hypercare.
- Strong Excel skills. Power Query, Power BI or data mapping experience is a plus.
- Fluent Spanish and strong English are required. The role will interact with Iberia OpCos, Group teams, IT, vendors and transformation stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment with multiple stakeholders and incomplete information.
- Strong attention to detail, but also practical and delivery-oriented.
- Interest in transformation projects and willingness to combine BAU finance with project work
- Strong Excel skills. Power Query, Power BI or data mapping experience is a plus.
- Fluent Spanish and strong English are required. The role will interact with Iberia OpCos, Group teams, IT,



vendors and transformation stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment with multiple stakeholders and incomplete information.
