What You'll Do

- Handle inbound reservation calls in German
- Support customers with bookings, changes, and travel-related inquiries
- Deliver high-quality customer service with a sales-oriented approach
- Create smooth and positive guest experiences throughout every interaction

What We're Looking For
- Native or C2 level of German
- Advanced English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or tourism is a plus
- Residency in Málaga or nearby areas preferred





What We Offer
- Permanent full-time contract
- 39h/week schedule
- Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday
- €21,500 gross annual salary
- €1,500 sign-on bonus
- Paid on-site training
