Lead the next stage of one of Europe’s most visible real estate media platforms. At Drumelia, social media is not a supporting marketing channel. It is one of the core ways people discover our brand, build trust in it, and engage with the world of luxury real estate.

This role is designed for someone who wants to build, not maintain. You will lead the strategy, direction, and evolution of our content across every major platform, including Spain’s most-followed real estate Instagram account with more than 200,000 followers and Europe’s most-subscribed real estate YouTube channel. You will define what we publish, who we create it for, where it belongs, and why it matters.

Working closely with leadership, marketing, sales, and production, you will shape the next chapter of Drumelia’s content strategy while building and developing a growing social media and content team. This is a demanding role with significant ownership. We are looking for someone who challenges assumptions, brings new ideas, takes responsibility, and raises the standard of everything we produce.

Based at our headquarters in Marbella, you will have access to some of Europe’s most exceptional properties, a highly engaged audience, and a platform with enormous potential for further growth. THE ROLE You will lead the strategy and execution of Drumelia's social media and content ecosystem, transforming our properties, expertise, people, and daily activity into meaningful content that strengthens our brand, grows our audience, and supports business objectives. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.

As the department grows, you will build processes, develop the team, and continuously improve the quality, consistency,



and commercial impact of everything we publish. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the strategy and direction of all Drumelia social media channels

Define content priorities, target audiences, distribution channels, and publishing strategy

Develop new content concepts, recurring series, campaigns, and creative formats

Turn our properties, people, expertise, and daily activity into engaging, high-value content

Continuously improve our existing content, creative standards, and production workflows

Lead, mentor, and develop the social media and content team as it grows

Coordinate internal creators, editors, external production partners, and freelancers

Work closely with leadership, marketing, and sales to align content with business priorities

Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and use insights to continuously improve results REQUIREMENTS

Three to five years of relevant experience leading social media and content, ideally within a premium, luxury, or aspirational brand A proven track record of significantly growing or transforming a brand's social media presence

Strong strategic thinking combined with a willingness to be hands-on when needed

Leadership skills with the ability to organise people, priorities, and production

Excellent understanding of what makes content distinctive, relevant, and engaging

Strong knowledge of social media platforms,



emerging formats, and content trends A natural feel for luxury aesthetics and premium brand storytelling

Understanding of how to build an engaged community, not simply increase follower numbers

Commercial awareness and an understanding of how content generates trust, leads, and business results

Excellent communication skills and professional English
