We're a growing company of around 100 people, and we're looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join our Barcelona office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR, loves working with people, and wants to grow their career in an international technology company.

Requirements null About us null You’ll be responsible for the following

Supporting recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening and interview coordination. Coordinating onboarding to ensure every new joiner has a great start. Preparing HR documentation, contracts and payroll inputs.

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems. Supporting employee lifecycle processes and day-to-day People Operations. Helping deliver wellbeing, engagement and internal HR initiatives. Working closely with colleagues across different countries on a variety of HR projects.

This is a genuinely hands-on role.



We're looking for someone who enjoys making things happen and believes that no task is too big or too small when it comes to supporting employees and the business.

Skills and Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations. A degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline. Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.

Experience using HRIS and/or ATS platforms. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, collaborative and service-oriented mindset. Curiosity, ownership and a willingness to keep learning.
