Airnest, located in Ribamontán al Mar, is seeking its first Asset Manager to build and oversee the financial and operational functions of its portfolio. You will directly report to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Operations and Accountant. The adecuado candidate will have over 3 years of experience in hospitality finance or asset management, a strong understanding of P&L;, and proficiency in both Spanish and English.
This full-time role offers the opportunity to directly impact profit and asset value in a rapidly growing environment.
Compensation is €*k based on experience, plus a performance-based bonus.
