Role Description This part-time remote HR role is responsible for supporting and managing core human resources functions for Medestra ®. Daily tasks include assisting with HR policy implementation, maintaining employee records, and supporting personnel management processes such as onboarding and offboarding.

The role involves coordinating employee benefits information, ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations, and responding to HR-related inquiries from team members. The HR professional will collaborate with management to support a positive,



inclusive workplace culture and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices in a remote environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting HR operations in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including the ability to interpret and communicate policy and benefits information clearly.
- Experience in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to the regions where the organization operates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a part-time role.
- Comfort with HR systems, collaboration tools, and remote work technologies.
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
