More than a job: a mission We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to lead the People & Culture agenda in Portugal, partnering with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, compliance, and business transformation. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience while ensuring alignment between business priorities and people strategies. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication - because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.
Your role, your impact Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and performance-related decisions
Lead employee relations activities and ensure compliance with Portuguese labour legislation and internal policies
Drive workforce planning, budgeting, organizational changes, and transformation initiatives
Localize and deploy general HR programs related to talent, leadership, engagement, and diversity & inclusion
Partner with employee representatives and works councils to foster constructive social dialogue
Monitor key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, absenteeism, engagement, and performance, turning insights into action plans
Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, communication, employee development, and accountability You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across, engineering,
operations and design - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. What you bring Extensive experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles, ideally within multinational environments
Strong knowledge of Portuguese labour law and experience handling complex employee relations matters
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate HR analytics into business actions
Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, and talent initiatives
Fluent English and Portuguese; Spanish is an advantage How success is measured Effective implementation of people strategies aligned with business objectives
Employee relations outcomes and compliance with labour regulations
Improvement in key HR KPIs such as engagement, attrition, absenteeism, and workforce effectiveness
Quality of partnerships with business leaders, employees, and employee representatives
