The Role
At Everllence, we are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Iberia HR team. In this role, you will support and coordinate HR activities across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers, employees, and HR colleagues across Iberia and the wider Region Europe organisation to deliver an excellent employee experience and ensure effective, compliant HR operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a hands-on generalist role and enjoys working closely with both employees and managers. You will gain exposure to a wide range of HR topics, collaborate with stakeholders across multiple European locations, and contribute to HR initiatives that support both local business needs and regional objectives. What you will be doing
Coordinate day-to-day HR operations across Spain and Portugal, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with applicable labor legislation, company policies, and HR procedures
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including candidate communication and interview coordination
Prepare employment documentation and manage employee lifecycle changes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in compliance with legal requirements
Act as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters
Coordinate employee relations matters and collaborate with the HR Manager on more complex cases where appropriate
Coordinate compensation and benefits administration together with payroll providers and external partners
Coordinate training and development activities and maintain training records
Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and HR-related documentation
Participate in performance management, salary review, and talent processes
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Support employer branding and employee experience initiatives across Iberia
Collaborate with HR colleagues across Europe on regional HR initiatives Who you are
3+ years of working experience in a generalist HR role or similar HR position,
preferably in an international organization
Experience supporting multiple HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
Motivated by delivering high-quality HR support and continuously improving processes
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive with a can-do attitude, well-structured and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with confidential information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while building strong relationships with stakeholders
Fluent Spanish and English. Portuguese is an asset.
